Required Skills and Experience

  • BCS or BSCS – Must Have!!
  • 4 years experience as a web application software developer
  • Ruby on Rails (minimum 1 year developing web applications)
  • Solid foundation in object-oriented programming principles and practices with a strong theoretical understanding

The eRelevance marketing team is expanding.  We’re looking for a passionate, creative and detail-oriented marketer to help take our marketing game to the next level. This position reports directly to the CMO and will work VERY closely with sales. The ideal candidate for this role (while hopefully very versatile) will be ready to focus in on these key areas:

  • Lead and Opportunity Generation – Develop, manage, analyze and optimize programs for identifying and re-engaging leads to feed our pipeline; You’ll manage our marketing automation platform and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure marketing efforts are effective and constantly improving.
  • Online Marketing – You’ll be in the driver’s seat for our website, email newsletters, advertising and other digital touchpoints that represent our brand. You’ll manage outside design and other contract resources when needed.
  • Marketing Ops and Analysis – In addition to making sure all our systems are working well and in an integrated way, you’ll help us develop a more data- driven approach to making marketing decisions and investments.
  • Other – Because our marketing team is very hands-on, you can expect to be involved at some level with other areas like events, PR, product marketing and more.

Above all, you’ll be laser-focused on driving demand generation results that bring new opportunities to the top of the funnel and help them move through with minimal friction, thereby making sales activities more targeted, more productive and easier.

Additionally, as a critical member of our growing marketing team, you’ll be expected to collaborate with Sales and other teams and contribute your knowledge, perspectives and capabilities to eRelevance’s overall marketing and communications strategy, planning and execution.

  • 5+ years demand generation experience in a marketing role in B2B software
  • Demonstrated success driving demand programs to support transactional inside sales teams and preferably strategic sales reps and/or channel partnership efforts
  • Proven effectiveness in owning or being a key player in demand generation strategy and programs that make a measurable and meaningful contribution to sales performance
  • Demonstrated expertise with marketing automation tools (i.e., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or other comparable solutions), Salesforce.com and other common platforms for managing demand generation efforts
  • Successful track record of using email and other lead nurture tactics to facilitate pipeline advancement
  • Ability to report on common lead/opportunity generation analytics, program effectiveness, ROI, etc.
  • Proven ability to apply creativity and passion to marketing programs and projects
  • Excitement and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, real-time startup environment
  • For all of the above areas, an appreciable level of preparedness to discuss how you’ve driven execution, or why your related experiences and passion are enough to make you successful

SALESFORCE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR- Austin, TX

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious, motivated, detail-oriented Salesforce and system administrator who will support the IT and systems infrastructure of this high-growth company on a full-time or contract basis.

Salesforce & System Administrator

Administer and manage eRelevance’s Salesforce.com, as well as other third-party applications: InsideSales, RingCentral, Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox, EchoSign, and various Google apps. The work will include user access management, systems integration, issue resolution, process documentation, process improvement, workflow development and automation, and report and dashboard development. The position will work closely with all departments to develop and install systems and processes that will equip the management team with the information needed to make educated and informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, Dropbox, InsideSales, RingCentral, EchoSign and various Google apps.
  • Manage user access and licensing. Maintain groups, distribution lists, user roles, permission sets, security, profiles, etc.
  • Document, manage and improve internal processes. Uphold and enhance current workflow rules, formula fields, approval process, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
  • Develop, create and support customized reports, dashboards and automated notifications.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reports, dashboards and underlying data.
  • Maintain integrations between Salesforce and InsideSales, RingCentral and the eRelevance portal.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or more than four years of related experience and/or training
  • At least two years of hands-on system administrator experience
  • At least two years of hands-on Salesforce administrator experience
  • Experience managing users and licenses in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience in a high growth SaaS environment a plus
  • Must be adaptive, flexible and able to function effectively in a high-growth environment
  • Must be professionally curious, ambitious and a fast learner
  • Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
