eRelevance Corporation Introduces Support for Android
Android smartphones and tablets can now use the eRelevance app.
AUSTIN, Texas – June 12, 2014 — eRelevance Corporation (www.erelevancecorp.com), a progressive Health IT services company, announced today that it has increased its mobile footprint beyond iOS by releasing an Android version of its progressive patient engagement app. The app is now available to eRelevance customers’ patients with Android smartphones and tablets.
“As the Android operating system represents a large share of the smartphone market it was the next logical choice for us to support,” stated Lance Obermeyer, co-founder and CTO of eRelevance Corporation. “Our customers (healthcare practices) can now offer their patients access to the two most popular smartphone operating systems, iOS and Android.”
eRelevance’s service is designed to help healthcare providers increase revenue by automatically engaging patients outside of the point-of-care to activate inactive patients, detect health problems/challenges with patients and drive them back in for care when needed, and find patients that are candidates for high margin services and activate them. The HIPAA compliant service is inexpensive, can be implemented in a matter of minutes, and places no burden on the provider or staff.
